Wayfarer is one of our most special events — and to make it everything we envision, we need your support. Every donation goes directly into the camp: materials, atmosphere, and the experience on the ground.
What will donations fund?
Camp Operations — required (€250)
These are the basics without which the camp cannot run: barrier tape (€150) to mark play areas, tent pegs (€50) for tents and boundaries, and chalk spray (€50) for marking out the site.
Community Areas — optional (€850)
These items turn the camp into a real gathering place: firewood (€240) for evenings around the campfire, hay bales (€60) as seating and decoration, and beer benches (€550) for communal spaces and the marketplace.
IT Expansions — optional (€1,200)
Meaningful additions to the game mechanics: a gate extension (€800) for better access control and atmosphere, badges for special achievements and game offerings (€350), and books and general equipment (€50) for the game world.
Repairs & Replacements — optional (€100)
Keeping existing inventory in good shape: lighting (€100) for broken or worn-out bulbs and cables.
Out-of-Game Costs — required (€250)
Costs that happen behind the scenes: storage and transport (€200) for all equipment, and PayPal fees (€50) for processing donations.
How are funds accounted for?
We document how every donated euro is spent and publish a full breakdown after the event. Any unspent funds stay with the Wayfarer and are carried forward for future Wayfarer projects.
