LARP brings people together — but high ticket prices can be a real barrier. The Free Ticket Fund makes sure that nobody is left out simply because money is tight right now.
How does the fund work?
All donations go directly into a shared pool from which we allocate free tickets and reduced-price tickets. Players can get in touch with us discreetly and without any fuss — no lengthy explanations, no proof of income, based on trust.
Free places are fully funded from the pool. The recipient pays nothing.
Solidarity tickets receive a partial subsidy. The personal contribution is whatever is individually manageable — we find a solution together.
Who can apply?
Anyone who cannot currently afford a ticket at the regular price — whether due to a temporary financial squeeze, studying, an apprenticeship, unemployment, or any other reason. We don't ask questions, we simply help.
Requests are handled confidentially through our organising team. Allocation works on a first-come, first-served basis — as long as the fund lasts.
Why does this matter?
LARP thrives on diversity. Our community grows richer when as many people as possible can play — regardless of their budget. Donating here is a direct investment in exactly that.
This fund is ring-fenced: money from the Free Ticket Fund is used exclusively for ticket subsidies. Every donation is tax-deductible, and we are happy to issue a donation receipt on request.
